Refund policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once package(S) delivery is confirmed/ by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after package(s) has been delivered. 
  •  If Buyer no longer wants the package, package can be refused under the following condition: Refused package (s)📦 from the hands of the carrier upon delivery. In that case a full refund will be processed once package is returned to our facility.
  • NO REFUND will be issued after package (s) is delivered.  
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address, (unless package is insured). PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS  BEFORE PURCHASING. 

  • FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ!
  • IF CUSTOMER REFUSES TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES, THE PACKAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED LOST, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ON OUR END!!!
  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted for orders  show/mark as delivered on the carrier site. No refunds or exchanges will be made unless products were badly damaged or wrong during arrival, Photo proof of damaged and incorrect item is required. Email us at;  info@derlysnatureoil.com.

  • For package (s) on the way to its destination (our facility), Refund Processed time is 7 business days 
  • Buyer Can add/purchase Insurance Coverage with Route in their Cart. Summit a claim directly on the route app in case package was stolen, lost. For more details see our FAQ.

* Buyer will not receive a refund if package(s) is still 'in transit" to its destination, (Inside the shipping time frame).

 
For Incorrect, wrong , or Insufficient address ( local) 
  • Buyer will receive a full refund when package(s) return to our facility. 
  • Buyer can request package(s) to be resent to them with (correct) updated address.
  •  Package(s) will re-send to buyer free of charge for the first return. For later returns or any additional returns after the first one a $ 9.99 fee will be deducted per return package if not a partial refund will be issued.

We use USPS, UPS, DHL for shipping carriers. To receives updates on where buyer order is , or when the packages will arrive, buyer must contact Us.
